Former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Natalya has commented on her dream plans for her eventual wrestling retirement match.
Natalya is one of the longest-serving WWE stars on the active women’s roster. Considering her career has reached so many milestones in the women’s division, it’s hard to imagine WWE without the Queen of Hearts.
Speaking with son of torontoNatalya said she would like to fight her final bout in Calgary, Alberta, Canada if given the choice.
Speaking about his desire to retire, he said he wasn’t planning on taking off his boots anytime soon.
“So I think every wrestler’s dream is to be able to choose their ending, the day they don’t want to do it anymore, or the day they want to retire, or the day.
“It’s a perfect fairy tale ending. For me, I don’t know when my last day will be and I’m not retiring anytime soon, but if I could choose where I could have my last match itself, I don’t think so, a more perfect place than Calgary.
“And if the day ever comes, I may be able to announce it to the wrestling gods, but that’s where I want to celebrate the end of my career.”
Natalia recently challenged Rhea Ripley for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at Night of Champions 2023, but lost in just over a minute. Ripley mentioned her victory in this squash and you can read more about it here.
