Jewelry tends to be an expensive investment, but Pandora employees share a little-known secret to saving you money on repairs.
Pandora employees and TikToker (@hayley harris) posted a series on a platform she called “Secrets From Pandora,” revealing knowledge only employees know.
At first video Years ago, she detailed a money-saving hack on how to get free or affordable repairs to your jewelry.
She says that with rings, the stones often loosen over time and eventually fall off due to normal wear and tear or improper setting.
This is where her first hack comes in handy. All her Pandora products come with a warranty that begins on the date of purchase.
“Everything has a one-year warranty, so you can return it,” she said.

Her second secret was to be careful with certain colored rings and jewelry.
She argues that rose gold and yellow gold jewelry should not be worn in water, such as pools, beaches, or even washing hands.
This means that if you come back with something missing, it’s most likely caused by being soaked in water, and your employees will know that.
However, Haley says that even if that happens, they’ll likely offer you another one, so asking for a replacement doesn’t hurt.

TikToker also reminded customers that Pandora cleans all items for free.
Note, however, that Pandora has franchises that operate differently than company stores.
This means that not all locations do resizing, cleaning, and other services for free, so be sure to head to a corporate location.
