Royal Vopak NV said Monday that it has agreed to issue new debt worth around €400 million ($439.7 million) in a US private placement.
The senior bond program consisted of various tranches in US dollars and euros with maturities ranging from five to 10 years and totaled $225 million and €193 million, according to the Dutch tank storage company.
The company said the funding will take place in mid-June of this year and is subject to customary closing conditions.
“The successful signing of this bond issue confirms Vopak’s continued access to the relevant capital markets. We support our capital structure to continue to invest in our growth opportunities,” the company said. .
