Julia is a partner in PwC Singapore’s Digital Regulatory Risk and Compliance practice. She is a risk and transformation expert who advises banks, wealth managers, capital markets intermediaries and non-financial institutions on digital transformation strategy and execution, risk and regulation, management and governance.
With over 20 years of experience, she has led core banking operations, compliance, operational risk, financial transformation programs, corporate governance, ERM, and internal audit reviews. Her clients value her partnership in connecting the dots and co-creating practical, optimal solutions.
Prior to his current role, he held various leadership roles at the corporate level as a leader in the private banking industry, bank governance, risk and compliance, and digital transformation services.
Outside of her work with clients, Julia actively contributes through board leadership roles and mentoring. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of ISEAS (Institute of Southeast Asian Studies), the Board of the Building and Construction Authority, and the Governance and Audit Committee of the Singapore Heart Foundation. She is a mentor with Young Women Leadership Connection and Mentorshub.
