Marad Police and Criminal Branch searched for three men on bicycles after they allegedly robbed two Marad forex trader employees at knifepoint Monday night with two bags containing 75 million rupees in cash. are doing.

Dhavar Panchal, 36, runs a foreign exchange trading business on Link Road in Malad (West). He runs it with his partner Bhavik Patel.

Mr. Panchal’s company collects foreign currency in exchange for Indian currency from merchants across Mumbai and transfers it online. The seller gives the Indian banknotes to the travel agent.

Mr. Panshal’s company gave 10 employees collection and delivery duties and collected foreign currency from vendors. Employees also carried cash from the office to Panchal’s or his partner’s house after working a full day.

“When the two arrived at Patel’s building with their luggage, three men arrived on two wheels. Two of them got off, one of them took out a knife and threatened to kill BoJane. One robber beat Talwatkar, after which they snatched two bags and fled the scene on a motorbike,” the police said.

Ms Bojane immediately called her employer and told them about the incident. Panshal then contacted the Marad police and filed a complaint. Marad police have filed an FIR in the case and are scanning surveillance footage in the area for clues to the robbery.
